Do I always have to be perfect?

There is a business principle, that my team likes to follow, called “FIRST TIME RIGHT”. How I understand it is that I should always try to make things work best for the customers at the first time. But when it comes to learning and trying new things, we are always fully entitled

NOT TO BE PERFECT.

If you feel like the answer to the above however is still ‘YES’, this belief can be very powerful – especially in ruining our self esteem, motivation and stopping us from trying new things. What is there on the other side of the axle? Inner FREEDOM. So my decision is not to put pressure on myself to be perfect but to

GIVE – MYSELF – TIME.

So even if this blog is not perfect, could be more attracting, better positioned, more proffesional, it is actually a great news! I am going to give myself time to learn from those smarter than me, implement what I have already learned and create a friendly place for us to meet. So whether you are thinking about your work-life balance, peaceful mind, healthy body, achieving your goals, making your life better – you can follow me to see, if and how my dreams become reality.
