What is the biggest challenge you will face in the next six months?
Managing expectations vs capacity vs demand.
The industry I am in is very much looking for ways to speed up, streamline processes, improve accuracy and efficiency of e2e processes using TECHNOLOGY.
It means juggling multiple projects, tasks, communications, deliverables whilst having to protect myself from burnout.
Automation is key, but someone has to make it work for magic to happen and that is still not AI’s job 🪄🔮🙂
